Welcome to bread house.

We are a husband and wife run micro bakery located in Rancho Peñasquitos who have a passion for bringing back the tradition of old world, naturally fermented bread that tastes good and is good for our bodies. All of our bread is naturally leavened using sourdough starter, absolutely no yeast.

We have a Cottage Bakery License from the Departments of Environmental Health and Quality.

All of the flour we use is 100% organic, unbleached and unenriched.

We bake every Saturday and sell on Sunday.

The last day to place an order for Sunday pickup is Friday.
